Scope: Project Feasibility Study & Finance Consultation

This project involved a full-scale restructuring and development plan for CMP, aimed at improving operational efficiency, expanding production capacity and strengthening long-term financial sustainability. Our role covered the entire feasibility assessment and strategic finance consultancy required to support investment and funding decision-making.

The core tasks performed included:

• Comprehensive industry and business feasibility assessment including demand forecasting, competitive landscape evaluation and revenue modelling.
• Operational restructuring analysis to streamline the current business model, optimize workflow, upgrade technology and improve cost-to-output performance.
• Identification of new development opportunities such as expansion potential, product diversification and market penetration strategies.
• Financial viability evaluation covering capital structure, investment returns, project cash flow forecasting, and long-term profitability projections.
• Preparation of bank-ready financial documentation with NPV, IRR, ROI and DCSR indicators for investment appraisal.
• Funding advisory and capital sourcing guidance to support financing discussions with banks and investment panels.

This consultancy enabled the client to make informed decisions on restructuring, funding and long-term development while ensuring project bankability and investment feasibility.
